As the first people hire at this early stage startup I have designed and built Arrived’s people and talent operations programming from scratch. I have served as a trusted partner to our leadership team as we've laid the foundation for our growth as an organization. My focus has been the growth, development and retention of high performing teams while creating a culture that values continuous feedback, collaboration and transparency at all levels.
As Human Resource Business Partner for both the NW Region and National Field Operations, I worked with current employees to map career growth and identify internal talent for open roles during the company hiring freeze. I also established and enforced Performance Management standards, and worked closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
I have over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategy. As the first recruiter for a mid-sized tooling and logistics company in Dallas, I built the recruiting department and served as it's leader for over 4 years. I galvanized the recruiting efforts of a team of 6, working alongside leadership to build a National sales team of 124 territory managers at its peak. After a move to Seattle and departure to pursue other career goals, I returned to the company in 2016 where I was the lead Corporate Talent Advisor.
In 2019 I was recruited to head up Talent Acquisition for the NW division of OYO after it's Softbank funding series. I led a mass recruiting effort to meet an aggressive hiring goal by year end.
As a Senior Sales Recruiter for a Seattle based talent agency, I worked with dozens of Seattle start-ups and tech companies to build out sales teams, recruit executive sales and marketing talent and serve as a trusted partner to many company leaders along the way.
